一、WB Electric Reciprocate Pump Product overview
WB type electric reciprocating pump flow section is divided into two kinds of material, cast iron material is dedicated to pump water or oil products and other non-corrosive liquids, stainless steel material, from 1 cr18ni9ti (the equivalent of AISI321). It is suitable for pumping all kinds of acid and alkali liquids. This pump is especially suitable for tank unloading and other self-priming situations. If the user requires higher temperature, please choose WBR high temperature reciprocating pump.
Electric reciprocate pump divides into two series：
1.WB1, WB2 reciprocate pump series, which mainly uses for long distance transmission to water, wharf oil transmission, pump transmission to crude oil and methyl alcohol, tank carrier oil depot disassemble, hot water recovery and circulation. Pharmaceutical, brewing, chemical and petroleum etc. The max transmission medium temperature of this series is 150℃.

2.WBR High temperature reciprocating pump series, a kind of high temperature resistant pump. Specifically designed by this company for oil refining, paper making, roofing paper, petrochemical and plastic industries. This pump has advantages of reasonable design，compact structure. Introducing foreign technology and according to the domestic  service environment, it’s a superior capacity transportation equipment. 二、WB Electric Reciprocate Pump Product characteristics
The reduction box of WB1 WB2 series oscillating reciprocate pump adopts the belt gear second shift speed. Lubrication adopts the splash method, with compact structure and advanced design. Stainless steel pump piston ring adopts the special bowl shape Teflon, with wear resisting, corrosion resistant and good air tightness. The high pressure type of this pump adopts the plunger double-valve structure, the low pressure type adopts the piston ball valve structure. This design possesses the feature of flexible action and reliable tightness. It can match different motors according flow and pressure, so as to meet the use’s using requirement.
The body part of WBR series high temperature oscillating reciprocate consists of the gear box, motor and fly wheel crosshead. The gear box adopts the splash lubrication. The pump body consists of the cast steel which composes the double-layer clip sleeve structure, the inside of the clip sleeve can adopts steam, so as to carry out the temperature protection(if heavy oil kind). The pump valve structure adopts the ball valve way, with reliable tightness and flexible action. There is a cool sleeve to separate between the pump head and box body. The cool sleeve adopts the water circulating way, which can effectively resist the pump head heat from expanding to the body box. The seal packing of this pump adopts the domestic most advanced graphite fiber high temperature packing. The other spare parts adopt the resisting steel, which can be treated affectively and guarantee the service life.
